We refer to our earlier announcements in relation to the above.
At the case management on 25 June 2009, the Official Assignee for Zaitun requested for another date to enable them to sort out matters related to their portion of the auditor’s fees (as per the Court order on 26 July 2006 for the appointment of an independent auditor). The case has now been fixed for another case management on 10 September 2009.
