Boustead Holdings Berhad (“BHB” or “Company”) wishes to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Boustead Holdings Berhad will be held at 4th Floor, Menara Boustead, No. 69 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur on Monday, 5 April 2010 at 11.30 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment of the Fourty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company at the same venue on the same day for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing with or without modification, the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM attached hereto.
