We refer to our announcement dated 31 March 2011 ("Announcement") and the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa") dated 4 April 2011 requesting for additional information in relation to the Legal Action and wish to furnish the information as per the attachment for public release.

We refer to your announcement dated 31 March 2011, in respect of the aforesaid
matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the
following additional information for public release:
1. Particulars of the claim under the Sibu High Court Suit No. 21-7-2009
("Suit");
2. A confirmation as to whether BPLANT and BPK are major subsidiaries;
3. The total cost of investment in BPLANT and BPK;
4. The financial & operational impact of the Suit on the group;
5. The expected losses, if any arising from the Suit;
6. The steps taken and proposed to be taken by BSTEAD in respect of the Suit
proceedings; and
7. Date of hearing.
Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from
the date hereof.
