Pursuant to Section 32 of the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers 1998, Boustead Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that Boustead Holdings Berhad on 22 April 2003 acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares in KSB via open market transaction of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange at the total price of RM89,250.00. As a result of the acquisition, Boustead Holdings Berhad now holds directly 70,864,632 shares representing approximately 56.910% of KSB's paid-up capital.
