We refer to the announcements dated 22 December 2010 and 28 March 2011 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of BHB wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed with the full payment of the balance purchase price of RM95 million on 23 June 2011 by BHB to the Vendors.  

This announcement is dated 23 June 2011.
