Bstead-employees' Share Option Scheme ("Scheme")

Kindly be advised that the abovenamed Company's additional 308,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 3 May 2006.
