Boustead Holdings Berhad (“BHB”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, Boustead Sissons Paints Sdn Bhd (“BSP”) had on 11 August 2011 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Royalton Holdings Sdn Bhd (“RH”) for the purpose of pursuing business opportunities, specifically in the paint manufacturing industry.
