We refer to our earlier announcement on behalf of the Board of Directors of Boustead dated 29 December 2006 and 18 January 2007 on the Notice of Take-over Offer.

Further to the above, on behalf of Boustead, we wish to announce that the Securities Commission had vide its letter dated 25 January 2007, approved the extension of time for Boustead to issue the Offer Document within five (5) market days from the receipt of the last approval from the relevant authorities.
