Notice Of Extraordinary General Meeting
Boustead Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held at 4th Floor, Menara Boustead, 69 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 5 April 2007 at 12.00 noon or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company which will held at 4th Floor, Menara Boustead, 69 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur on the same date and at the same venue, whichever is later, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM attached below.
The Notice of the EGM will be published in the New Straits Times on 21 March 2007.
